Since its inception the planning section of KDA has generated huge volume of planning documents which have used for different level of urban or city development planning and management. Along with planning file documents the development map or plan layouts are very important documents which have to be preserved in safe and easily retrievable way. These valuable databases, reports and maps were kept traditionally in paper format. This digital archive system has developed to save, protect and easily retrieve these planning documents of KDA.
